Well...the newsletter is new. The giraffes have been pestering us for quite a while about starting a newsletter but you know it's time when the alligators start jawing about it too.
Olivia, the Stuffed Ostrich, answers the phones and does the editing of the newsletter. She is very demanding on both style and content.
