StuffedZoo Shipping Rates and Information

1. Ground Shipping is FREE!!! 
   
1. This shipping method takes 3-5 days
   
2. The majority of packages take 3 days 
3. Remote locations take a little longer
   
4. Most orders leave our warehouse within 24-48 business hours from the time the order was placed
5. The shipping time is in addition to the warehouse order processing time, so the majority of orders are delivered approximately 5 business days after order placement
   
2. Express Shipping is expensive:(
1. If we receive your Express order before before noon we make every effort to get it out the same day
2. Express orders take 1-2 days for delivery once they leave our warehouse
3. We discourage Express Shipping because it usually only saves 1-2 days and should only be used in those real stuffed animal emergencies
4. The cost is based on the weight of the shipment; the minimum charge is $30
3. Free shipping is not available on special orders.  Rates will be quoted at the time the order is placed.
