How To Fax A Stuffed Animal Order
Stuffed Animal - Fax Instructions
We understand that some people prefer to place their orders by fax and we are glad to help out. Here's all you have to do.
1) Prowel through the store and select the items you wish to purchase by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button on the product detail pages.
2) Once you have finished shopping click on the "checkout" button.
3) Fill out all the information in the checkout form that is required (has an astrisk '*').
Note: The standard shipping method is USPS Priorty mail that usually takes 2-3 days. USPS Express shipping is available as an option but it frequently saves only a day in transit time.
Note: The billing address information must match the address the credit card billing statement is mailed to or else the transaction will not be approved!
4) Print the page
5) Sign it anywhere and write your credit card number, expiration date and CVV number next to your signature.
6) Fax the form to us at 541-360-0072.
7) This step is Optional. Click on the "Shopping Cart" button in the upper right corner of the screen. When the cart appears click on the "Clear Cart" button toward the bottom of the screen and all your information is erased. Since you never clicked the "Submit" button your personal information never left your computer.
