1) What does the following error message mean?
Order processing error !
Payment processor declined your order.
Please review your data and try again.
The most common error people make when placing an order is inputting billing address information that doesn't match the mailing address used by the credit card company.
Things to know about this situation:
* Your card has not been charged and will not be charged
* Once the Billing address matches the address your credit card statement is mailed to the transaction should be accepted.
* If you want the items shipped to a different address you can enter that information on the Ship To part of the form.
2) Is my credit card and personal information safe on your website?
Yes! First it is important to know that we do not store your credit card information on our site. This information is passed between your bank and our bank to enable the transaction. This information is passed utilizing the latest 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology for all transactions involving sensitive customer data. This means that if someone was trying to acquire this data for illegal purposes all they would see is a stream of useless gibberish. While no system is absolutely infallible, the security of this process is higher than handing your credit card to an unknown clerk in a store.
3) Do I have to pay sales tax?
All orders are sales tax free! We are located in Oregon where there is no sales tax.
4) When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are processed within 2 business days and should be received within 2-5 days after processing, depending on the shipping method you select.
We work very hard to get Express Shipments out the day they are received if the order is placed before the USPS shipping cutoff. Depending on your address, Express Shipping typically cuts off 1-2 days of transit time. This means that an Express Shipment is usually received 1-2 days before a Priority Mail shipment would be received.
5) What is a Business Day?
A business day is any day other than a weekend day or a national holiday.
6) Where will my order ship from?
Orders are shipped from Oregon.
7) Do you ship to Canada?
We don't ship outside the US.
8) Do you accept American Express credit cards?
Yes.
